Homemade food, American Fies are on point. Big portions. Some have commented about the interior look of the resturant. THIS IS A DINER PEOPLE, it is supposed look like this. Great value for the money. They are cash only.

Fast service for take out

Food tastes like it was all frozen. Fries tasted like they were old. Never again

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Locally sourced meat for all the breakfast meats, real full omelettes, homemade bread. Loved it.

We had such a pleasant stop here, the ladies are so friendly along with a full menu to choose from...Our food was very tasty..

Waitress cut us off and left while taking drink orders so only half of party received beverages. 15 min. before she came back to take food orders. 25 min. to get breakfast after ordering. Food was very good. No credit or debit cards so make sure you have cash. One co-ed bathroom. Two stars for food only. One star for service.

Great place, awesome food

Nice family style, small town restaurant. Great prices, menu, and dessert selections. We opted for the Plaths hotdogs...delicious, as were onion rings. Would dine there again!

Good breakfast but the waitress only came back to the table once after the food came to refill the coffee. To be fair, the waitress was very nice and the place was super busy.

Stopped in for breakfast as all the reviews stated how great the food is. As we were sitting down at a table i look up to see a cook eating a slice of cheese, with her food service gloves on. She then turns back into the kitchen and with those same gloves begins to prepare customers food. We asked if she was a cook and the waitress responded with yes but she has gloves on. I explained what I witnessed to which the waitress again said well she is wearing gloves. We just left.

We called our order in twice because we had our dog on vacation with us. Ate in a park. We were not dissapointed with our food. I had a salad with grilled chicken, husband ordered a burger. Next night I had the BEST club sandwich ever. Give them a try.

If you have time and patience it's awesome. Our waitress was a older woman very nice a little overwhelmed but was very kind. The food was good hot and there was plenty to eat. I had 21 shrimp dinner and son had mushroom swiss burger with fries. What a burger it was huge. So if you are looking for a clean cozy place and have time stop on in.

Came here for breakfast while camping at Hoeft State Park. Truly a gem, and so happy we decided to go out for breakfast. All of the meats came from a butcher shop in town. Some of the best breakfast sausage I've ever had. Homemade bread for toast to top it all off. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had.

Great place to eat service is excellent. The food is by far amazing good old fashion home cooking experience. Lovely atmosphere to bring the family and have a wonderful meal. The staff is really friendly and treats you like family. I reccomend this restaurant to anyone who is passing by and wants a great meal to start or finish their day.

If you are in Rodgers city and you are hungry this is the place to go. They are very friendly good prices and the food is great. Highly recommended .

Great food. Thick slices of homemade bread and high quality meats in large portions with two eggs and it was less than five dollars. Friendly service, too. Will definitely be back.

Was going to have fish and chips but was told its frozen not fresh dipped, only on Friday. Went with the western Omelette and hashbrowns. My breakfast was really good and cooked to perfection. The other customers were on the noisy side but other than that everything was good. Waitress was 5 star kind and helpful.

Just stopped in for some malts but a good little diner. Blue hair crowd but relatively quiet. Not huge but not stuffy or crowded. Becky did a fantastic job, even doing a little custom work on the malts. Only issue was cash only, so be prepared.

This place was great. Food was great,wait staff was amazing and food was out within 20 minutes of us sitting down. Definitely a place to stop on your way up or down 23.
